Ky-Mani
Ky-Mani Marley, born in Falmouth Jamaica on 26th February 1976, is among the many of the most well-known and wealthy Reggae artists. Shottas was a classic movie that featured him with another vocalist Wyclef. Ky-Mani was signed to Shang Records for his 1996 debut album Like Father Like Son album and songs like Judge Not (with Patra), Dear Dad", (which was the number one British reggae chart) and"Who The Cap" (remix), Sensimelia and others all contributed to the increasing recognition for the new reggae of his generation. Ky-Mani as well as Praswell from the Fugees joined together in 1997 to record Avenue, a cover version Eddy Grant's Electric Avenue. Marley became the first performer to appear in Midem in Miami which was an international festival of musical talent. Marley performed a set live at the Cameo Theatre, which was broadcasted by Caribbean News Agency across 36 countries. Marley's name became the topic of a bid war. In 1997, the singer agreed to sign a
